I just had to take a moment and post a review about my experience this morning with Honda Mall of Georgia. Ron Harris took great care of me again this morning. I had a small transmission fluid lea experience this morning with Honda Mall of Georgia. Ron Harris took great care of me again this morning. I had a small transmission fluid leak in my 2016 Honda Civic. I called Ron up this morning (Sat morning). Ron said come on in. He get me in and out in no time at all. I was concerned it might take some time. He said no problem, if it takes a while to fix it I’ll put you in a loaner. When I arrived, he met me at my car and got it back in the shop very quickly. In what seemed like only 30 min he came back out, told me the problem was a crush washer hadn’t seated properly and they replaced it in no time at all. About 5 min later he brought the car around to me - washed and repaired. Although this was a fairly simple repair, Ron got me in and out. Honda Mall of Georgia and especially Ron Harris always treats me like a VIP. I’m really no one. I’m just a loyal and faithful happy customer of Honda Mall of Georgia and I tell everyone about that. I’ve actually purchased 2 cars from Honda Mall of Georgia. Why do I keep going back? Because of their service department!!! Tom Houser - the Service Manager and Ron Harris - the Assistant Service Manager run a top notch shop!! I just can’t say enough good things about them.
