I brought in y CRV due to a safety recall. Scheduled appt. with Bobby LaCoy. When I brought in my vehicle I told him about grease spots I was finding on my garage floor. He suggested having this matter appt. with Bobby LaCoy. When I brought in my vehicle I told him about grease spots I was finding on my garage floor. He suggested having this matter looked at at the same time and he arranged for a loaner. The recall problem was fixed but the service technicians were unable to determine where the grease leak was coming from. This matter is still open and will be further investigated. During this time, Bobby was very patient, understanding, and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I find him to be the epitome of customer service. He's a true Honda gem. More
