OUT of this world customer service! ! The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in wit ! The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance. More

He did not want to negotiate and when we tried to negotiate he told us he didn’t want to make a deal with us and that he only did it to help his sales rep. He said they dont negotiate anymore. He was arrogant and rude. We walked out and decided to buy from Gwinnett Place Honda! Mgmt did not care that we left. We have excellent credit and we were putting down 50% down and we were treated like crap. We will never go back! Go to Gwinnett Place Honda. They know how to treat there customers! Honda was able to squeeze me in for an oil change this past Monday. They worked quickly and efficiently, which worked well since I was heading out of town directly afterwards. Sadly, on my drive out of to past Monday. They worked quickly and efficiently, which worked well since I was heading out of town directly afterwards. Sadly, on my drive out of town, I got stuck in traffic for 4.5hrs causing me not to move. Once we started moving again, all of my computer emergency lights started flashing on my dash. I figured it was my computer system overheating, turned my car off and waited a few minutes to see if it corrected it. Sadly, it didn’t. At this point, I called Honda to see if they could verbally tell me something and all they could say was bring it back or go to the nearest dealership. Sadly, I was 175mi. away and not near a dealership and gas no choice but to keep driving. Eventually the lights went off but it still doesn’t explain why the light started flashing. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m hoping it’s still due to my computer overheating and self-corrected. More
