The service has been good and informative. The waiting room/area could be updated and more customer friendly. Coffee is free but nothing else and I cannot drink coffee. I scheduled a routine oil change. They got me right in on time and out in less than an hour. They checked a few other items but didn't try to sell me any other services. Service person was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable. Needed an oil change, oil filter change, air filter change along with heppa filter, rotation of tires, fix brakes that were making the knowledgeable. Pauly Honda is the best! oil change which started on- time at noon and car was finished in 60 minutes! … also i had tire rotation during that time too.
