We brought the Honda in for added side molding and mud flaps. We had an appointment, and everthing went as planned. The service department headed by Dan and Julie as an associate are the reasons I keep coming back to Pauly. We didn't get a good deal when we bought two honda civics together and in 2006 the service de associate are the reasons I keep coming back to Pauly. We didn't get a good deal when we bought two honda civics together and in 2006 the service department was not good - especially to women. I was treated very poorly by a couple associates in the service department and at that time said I would NEVER buy another car from Pauly!. When I was introduced to Dan (the service head) my entire attitude changed. He is the sole reason I continue to come to Pauly now!!!!!!!!! Dan treats customers very well and goes out of his way to help his customers. He is very fair and goes above and beyond what he would have to!!! Pauly is lucky to have him!!! More
This dealership performed an oil change on my new Honda and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was on the interstate when I smelled burning oil and realized what happened. Had to get my car to another Ho and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was on the interstate when I smelled burning oil and realized what happened. Had to get my car to another Honda dealership to get it fixed. Makes you question what kind of service department they have. Didn't even offer to refund the cost of the oil change. More

This is the closest Honda dealer to my home, but every time I come-away with a so-so experience. Whether it be a new car purchase (ended-up at Honda on Grand in Elmhurst), or service (ended-up at Rosen in time I come-away with a so-so experience. Whether it be a new car purchase (ended-up at Honda on Grand in Elmhurst), or service (ended-up at Rosen in Gurnee), my experience has never been all that great. More
