I was having trouble with my heater and just stopped in as I was passing by. They tested my car immediately and ordered the needed part. Two days later the part was in and I was pleasantly surprised that t as I was passing by. They tested my car immediately and ordered the needed part. Two days later the part was in and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered me a rental car as the service was expected to take three days. In fact, the repairs were completed in two days and everything works fine now. Washing the car would have put icing on the cake but I am very pleased with everything else (including the coffee and bagels) More

Matthew came out to ask what I needed and started to assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either sid assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either side of the radio, but he showed me why and we set it on Auto. Tires ran out of air a couple weeks after previous service and he explained that they adjust tire pressure to compensate for cold weather and they adjusted tire pressure. Vehicle sticker was missing and he took me to manager to check on this. It seems it may never have been applied when renewed. Tim is always very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they did not wash my car this visit, however it was raining. More
