Terrible service at the service department We bring our cars for regular check-up and oil change. They charge over $400 for safety check at least once a year. But I had to change all 4 tires We bring our cars for regular check-up and oil change. They charge over $400 for safety check at least once a year. But I had to change all 4 tires a few weeks after this dealer's safety check because one of the tire's air pressure was low and took my car to local mechanic shop and was told that all four tires were not safe to drive around. When I told a clerk at the dealer when I went back for oil change a couple month later, the clerk had changed his attitue toward me. Another incident that I had an experience was my car's battery ran out completely a month ago at a shopping mall parking lot, and had to call AAA service. That was a month after a regular safety check at this dealer. If they do safety check periodically and charge almost $400 for it, how come battery runs out completely????? We bring our cars to this dealer because it is closest from our house and my husband and I do not know anything about the cars. We are not planning to buy anymore Honda. More
