I went in where he offered additional services my car was ready for and explained everything they would be doing and the price. I heard in the background they were four guys short in the service area (not sure what it's called) so I was ready to wait additional time. Tim came in and sat and told me what was going on with my car and had checked my other concerns as well and gave me price points for other things, like I need new tires, I knew that, and I had a stuck glove compartment that would need to be replaced because they needed to break it to open it. $$$ No pressure what-so-ever. And the wait time was usual. No problems. And I got a rose! More

My service adviser, Tim Ferguson, kept me abreast of the progress every step of the way. He made the suggestion that I drive my car on the highway at least once a week for about 20 miles (I hardly use this car), so that the battery would have more of a charge. He reviewed my auto's "report card" carefully. In addition, he was polite and thanked me for using Honda. I bought my Accord at that dealership almost 17 years ago and, because Service has been on top of everything, my car runs like a dream! I just need to drive it more often (grin). More
