All of your service advisors are good, but I want to especially commend Julie. She goes above and beyond - explaining options, pointing out specials and coupons, what needs to be done right away, what doesn't, and keeping track of the repair history. More

Oil change/service Scheduled on line easy and accurate and so was my service. Julie you ROCK, From the time I got in until finished. I rate you all very high. Our agent , Fernando, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the pros and cons of our repairs, allowing us to make a decision that was in our best interests. I can count on them to do a thorough inspection of my van when doing a oil change. A lot of dealers are choosing to charge a fee to look at your car. I haven't found this with Pauly Honda in Libertyville. More
