Great Service I had my seat belt buckle replaced. At that time I had them check my battery because the car had not started that day.It did need a new battery. They I had my seat belt buckle replaced. The car has never been serviced anywhere else...because of the service advisors I have interacted with over the years. Recently had the 100,000 mile service (B124) which was expensive, but this car has been great to us so it was a no brainer. Kelly was awesome and empathetic with how a customer feels at an expensive servicing and did a great job of keeping me informed of the work and looked for ways to reduce the cost. She hit it out of the park. I will keep on having this car serviced at Pauly because of people like her. More
