Our agent , Fernando, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the pros and cons of our repairs, allowing us to make a decision that was in our best interests. I can count on them to do a thorough inspection of my van when doing a oil change. A lot of dealers are choosing to charge a fee to look at your car. I haven't found this with Pauly Honda in Libertyville. More
