I brought my 2024 Accord in for a recall on my fuel pump. They also rotated the tires . My appointment was at 10am and to drop off the car. She neglected to review the work order in full and only booked me for a tire rotation..when I came to pick up the car she told me I forgot to inform her that I dropped off the car for warranty work..As a result Liberty ille Honda needed to reschedule my car for the warranty work and had to Uber me home until later I wasted 3 hours of my time because she did not verify the work order first I'm sure with more attention to detail she will be a good service advisor.. Dropped off car for same day oil change. Service department never called back to tell me the car wouldn’t be serviced that day. Called to check on it 45 minutes before closing time. The department is obviously short-staffed which complicates the situation for the staff even further. I want to expressly mention Michael Bass. He is an asset to the department; kind, patient, communicative and explains things so that they are easy to understand. He stays calm and maintains a sense of humor which speaks to his professionalism. I hope Libertyville Honda appreciates him and the entire service department team. More

Had my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Service provided was done in a timely manner and the service advisors were very accommodating and communicated well. Honda of Libertyville resolved the issue with my battery. Matt, the general manager, offered to give us a free battery although we paid for extended warranty that included this.
