Matthew came out to ask what I needed and started to assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either sid assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either side of the radio, but he showed me why and we set it on Auto. Tires ran out of air a couple weeks after previous service and he explained that they adjust tire pressure to compensate for cold weather and they adjusted tire pressure. Vehicle sticker was missing and he took me to manager to check on this. It seems it may never have been applied when renewed. Tim is always very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they did not wash my car this visit, however it was raining. More

I received excellent customer service. I appreciated the phone calls with the progress of the service. Requested a courtesy ride to work and was accomodated right away with a friendly driver in a clean, new phone calls with the progress of the service. My brakes were squeeking and they found out that there was some debris in the brakes so nothing needed to be repaired. I appreciated their honesty. I would recommend them highly after this visit and hope that the great service continues. More
I came in for an oil change, tire rotation,and general check because I am a widow and was going to be making a 400 mile trip for a family wedding and wanted to make sure the car was in good running order. check because I am a widow and was going to be making a 400 mile trip for a family wedding and wanted to make sure the car was in good running order. I wasn't having any problems that I was aware of. but it was time for an oil change. Your counter person called me to the desk and explained that along with the requests i had made, I needed a tune up, water pump, timing belt etc ( Look at invoice to see all that was done) if the car would really be safe. The estimate was around $2400.00. At first I limited some of the work but than worried about safety so let them do all they recommended. He did give a 10% discount on some items and the bill ended up being $1900.00. Since I do not know enough about cars I follow your staff's recommendations even though this time I found it hard to believe so many things were wrong since the car was last serviced. I hope I wasn't duped because I'm a woman. More

Unlike other dealerships, Pauly Honda did not over pressure me to make a decision. Lisa Anderson was very friendly and knowledgeable and was great to negotiate with.
