Best used cars department in Chicago area. Very honest and professional. We purchased used Honda CRV and very happy with service and price. Will come back again. and professional. We purchased used Honda CRV and very happy with service and price. Will come back again. More
This dealership performed an oil change on my new Honda and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was on the interstate when I smelled burning oil and realized what happened. Had to get my car to another Ho and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was on the interstate when I smelled burning oil and realized what happened. Had to get my car to another Honda dealership to get it fixed. Makes you question what kind of service department they have. Didn't even offer to refund the cost of the oil change. More
The work of the service department has been quite unreliable with mistakes, miscommunication, missed work, unreliable report, and unreasonable pricing. This is based on more than one visit. unreliable with mistakes, miscommunication, missed work, unreliable report, and unreasonable pricing. This is based on more than one visit. More
We put a $500 deposit down on a new Honda. We were given a contract giving us $9500 for our trade-in. We were very happy with the sales person and the purchase price. When we went back to pick up our new a contract giving us $9500 for our trade-in. We were very happy with the sales person and the purchase price. When we went back to pick up our new car, we were told that an error was made with the trade-in price. The Honda would now cost $4000 more than we were quoted even though the price with the trade-in was written in the contract. They were not willing to honor the original price we were quoted. We even agreed to meet them 1/2 way. They offered us a discount on the extended warrenty and a couple of free oil changes, but that was it. Needless to say, we were not happy. We went home with our old car. They made the "mistake." They should have honored the quote. More
This is the closest Honda dealer to my home, but every time I come-away with a so-so experience. I went to Pauly Honda on a recommendation from my boy friend. I was surprised how Knowledgeable and no pressure my salesman Ricky was. He really seemed to want to help me find the right car. Not only friend. I was surprised how Knowledgeable and no pressure my salesman Ricky was. He really seemed to want to help me find the right car. Not only did I not buy on my first trip to the store, but he worked with me over 4 trips and several phone calls (I'm a picky person). I finally bought an Accord (light blue). I LOVE IT!! I got more for my trade in of an old Ford Explorer than I thought I would get. I would recommend Pauly Honda and Ricky to anyone who wants to buy a car. More
I had an excellent experience buying at Pauly Honda. They were reasonable on price. I did extensive research and was at 10 different dealers in the mid sedan class, decided on accord. Niall Orr was the most honest salesman I encountered, low-key and informed. I had an unusual personal situation develop, I spoke with their upper management who were reasonable and flexible. I am shocked to read the two previous reviews, these are good people and I would buy there again. More
I went to look at cars on 6/24 and the original salesman I worked with was great. He ended up moving and I was assigned a new salesman. The new salesman seemed okay at first. I ended up test driving a co I worked with was great. He ended up moving and I was assigned a new salesman. The new salesman seemed okay at first. I ended up test driving a couple cars and thought I found the one I liked. He would side step direct questions and had a hard time answering questions so I made it clear to ask him multiple times if I put a deposit down if it would be fully refundable. He finally said "Yes" you would get your money back if something comes up. I ended up putting money down and was going to check with my bank on Monday to see what my interest rates would be through them. In the mean time I found the same car for cheaper with a few more features at City Volkswagen in Chicago. I told the salesman at Pauly Honda that I found this cheaper and all of a sudden he did a dr jekyll and mr hyde switch and became very rude. He refused to refund any of my money and stated that I can only apply the money to cars on his lot. I told him that I refuse to do business with decietful people and he was claiming I was a liar and he never said it was refundable. This went on for 15minutes and when I asked to speak to his manager he would not transfer him to me on the phone. I then hung up with the dealership and made a call to my credit card company to dispute on the card. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALER!!! PAULY HONDA WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER!!!! More
