Matthew came out to ask what I needed and started to assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either sid assist me, but then Tim who I made the appointment was available and took over the service call. He checked my a/c. It was not blowing on either side of the radio, but he showed me why and we set it on Auto. Tires ran out of air a couple weeks after previous service and he explained that they adjust tire pressure to compensate for cold weather and they adjusted tire pressure. Vehicle sticker was missing and he took me to manager to check on this. It seems it may never have been applied when renewed. Tim is always very helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they did not wash my car this visit, however it was raining. More

I received excellent customer service. I appreciated the phone calls with the progress of the service. Requested a courtesy ride to work and was accomodated right away with a friendly driver in a clean, new phone calls with the progress of the service.
