My wife and I ordered a new 2015 Honda Fit knowing that the Fits were in short supply at the time and that we would probably need to wait quite awhile until the car we ordered would be available. Michelle was extemely diligent in her efforts to secure a new Honda Fit for us and after doing some creative negotiating she was able to work a trade with another dealership to get us the car much sooner than expected.
