Uneventful oil change When I pulled in Tim came out right away and I explained I needed an oil change and a couple other concerns I had. I went in where he offered additional services my car was ready for and explained everything they would be doing and the price. I heard in the background they were four guys short in the service area (not sure what it's called) so I was ready to wait additional time. Tim came in and sat and told me what was going on with my car and had checked my other concerns as well and gave me price points for other things, like I need new tires, I knew that, and I had a stuck glove compartment that would need to be replaced because they needed to break it to open it. $$$ No pressure what-so-ever. And the wait time was usual. No problems. And I got a rose! More
