Unlike many other dealerships that rely on bots and automated responses, Honda Libertyville provided personalized and detailed answers to all my questions. This approach allowed me to gather all the critical details of the purchase before stepping into the dealership, making the process incredibly efficient. The atmosphere at Honda Libertyville exceeded my expectations. It was relaxed, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. I especially appreciated the efforts of Ben, the sales person, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptionally easy to work with. Beb's approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better sales person. Brent, the manager, was also fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and guided us smoothly through every aspect of the sales transaction. Brent answered all my questions and helped us quickly arrive at an agreeable and fair sales price. Thank you, Brent, for making the process so smooth and efficient. While there was a bit of a wait to see the finance manager, I understand that Saturdays are one of the busiest days of the week. Despite the wait, the finance manager was organized, knowledgeable, and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. The only area of improvement would be the final paperwork, which was printed with low ink. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall excellent experience I had at Honda Libertyville. In summary, I am extremely pleased with my decision to choose Honda Libertyville. I brought my 2024 Accord in for a recall on my fuel pump. They also rotated the tires . My appointment was at 10am and to drop off the car. She neglected to review the work order in full and only booked me for a tire rotation..when I came to pick up the car she told me I forgot to inform her that I dropped off the car for warranty work..As a result Liberty ille Honda needed to reschedule my car for the warranty work and had to Uber me home until later I wasted 3 hours of my time because she did not verify the work order first I'm sure with more attention to detail she will be a good service advisor..
