I brought my 2024 Accord in for a recall on my fuel pump. They also rotated the tires . My appointment was at 10am and to drop off the car. She neglected to review the work order in full and only booked me for a tire rotation..when I came to pick up the car she told me I forgot to inform her that I dropped off the car for warranty work..As a result Liberty ille Honda needed to reschedule my car for the warranty work and had to Uber me home until later I wasted 3 hours of my time because she did not verify the work order first I'm sure with more attention to detail she will be a good service advisor..
