They made purchasing a car from out of state very easy. I worked mostly with Mario Vargas, who was great. He FaceTimed with me to show me everything I wanted to see on the car. I also worked with Amanda, Taylor, and Alex throughout the process and all were really nice and helpful. I was a pretty picky out-of-state buyer, and if they can make me happy that can make anyone happy! The only thing I was a bit surprised about was the added cost of an exterior protection package. I would have rather see that cost just bundled in with the advertised price, rather than latter on. This felt a bit like baggage fees on an airplane, we are going to pay for them, just wish it was included in the ticket price. More
Easy group to work with, they do not use high pressure. I especially appreciated they did not try to "Put me in a Vehicle." Dealership misled me for over 3 months regarding the order and purchase of a new vehicle I put a deposit down for. The salesperson even told me it was in production, the color confirmation, and more only to return a month and a half later to say it never went into production. The sales manager apologized for the error, but genuinely seemed uncaring. I hopped on Carvana and was able to purchase the car I wanted and trade in my car, all within an hour. I am appreciative this experience opened my eyes to ditch scummy dealerships like this one for good. Avoid Honda of Leander and use Carvana or another local dealer to avoid wasting time and money. More
The entire experience was perfect. Amanda and Izzy were very polite, knowledgeable, respectful and amazing to work with. I am a grumpy old Disabled Veteran who lives over 225 miles away. I have never worked a car deal over the phone, but Amanda answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. When my son in law drove me down to the dealership, I was introduced to Izzy, who let me take my time looking over the car without being pushy or rushed. Izzy brought me the paperwork back and forth from finance while I sat comfortably in the lounge. While I waited, Izzy had the car detailed and put my temp tag on, so after I had spent about ten minutes in finance, all I had to do was do a final inspection of the car and drive it home. For what is probably my last car buying experience, Amanda and Izzy made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Honda Leander to anyone. Thank you Amanda and Izzy. More

I don't like to have to make 4 hour trips one way to buy a car, but was very interested in a 2005 Thunderbird they had on their web site. I have wanted one for years and since the kids are all grown and I have several grandchildren, my wife said I could have one last toy. I have never, in all my years, basically made a car deal over the phone, but I felt very comfortable doing it now. When I called and spoke to Amanda, she answered every question, called me back within minutes if I had a question she couldn't answer off the top of her head. She ran everything through the managers and finance over the phone and all I had to do was make the trip, inspect the car and drive it home. When my son in law drove me down on Saturday, I was introduced to Izzy, a very polite, knowledgeable and respectful young lady, who along with a manager, walked me back to the shop and showed me the car and let my son in law and I look over the car completely without bothering me or rushing me. Izzy made me comfortable in the lounge while she walked all the paperwork to finance and back to me while I enjoyed my coffee. I stepped into finance for about 10 minutes and then Izzy, who had gotten the car detailed and put my temp tag on, walked me out and we did a final inspection of the car and I drove it home. I am an older, 100% Disabled Veteran and this is probably my last car. I was never rushed. Everyone was very friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. Amanda was wonderful over the phone and Izzy was amazing to work with in person. For my last car buying experience, this was perfect! It was well worth the 225 mile trip, not just for the car, but for what every car buying experience should be. I will recommend Honda Leander and the entire staff to everyone I speak to.
