Very shady dealership. I found a used car I online - clean carfax, low miles, the right colors that I've struggled to find. I explained to Luis that I was driving 2 hours and would like assurance that the car was in mint condition as it appears in the photos, he told me it was. We eventually made a deal in texts and I started driving. Once arrived, I waited 10 minutes for another salesman (strangely not Luis) to show me the car. It literally took me 3 seconds to see that it had been rear-ended and shoddy body work to partially repair it. The paint was starting to peel! This was very hard to see in the pictures due to the angles they took it from. Instead of losing my temper which would accomplish nothing, I simply drove off and will write as many reviews online as I can. I would never do business with this unethical dealership and would recommend you to stay away also. Wish I had read the reviews here first! More

Amanda assured us it had passed inspection and ready to be sold. Incredibly frustrating and awful business practice.” I had confirmed multiple time with the dealer that if I was going to drive all the way up there I wanted to be able to leave with the car. They assured me all was fine. Negotiating took place over the phone. My guess is they never had the car to begin with or sold it while on the phone with me. I never had a chance to put a deposit down. They never called to tell me. Just waited until I arrived. More
Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT; that was my first mistake since they have various issues. We purchased the van right at a year and had issues with it. We put less than 8,000 miles on it (installed a backup camera; had to replace one of the sliding doors; rear brakes done; 1 new tire; key fob because dealership was to cheap to provide a second one; and had to replace a major part). We took it back in to trade and was offered $2,500, highly insulting. Really, on a vehicle we purchased from you; only had for 1 year and only put on less than 8,000 miles and added value to the vehicle. I have a background in sales but a lifetime of common sense. Shame on you all!!!!!!! More
Extremely disappointed with Honda and the DPSM District Rep for Texas. I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV in orchid white directly off the factory line in June 2015. It is in pristine condition and very well maintained. It only has 78,000 miles on it. The paint is peeling in several spots. This is a KNOWN issue with Honda for my make, model, year and paint color due to the warranty Honda has issued (Service Bulletin 19-064). Honda has confirmed my VIN qualifies for this extension but because this known issue happened to appear in year 8 instead of year 7 they are choosing NOT to honor the warranty and fix the vehicle. This is so disheartening. What is a drop in the bucket for Honda is a big deal to me and to not honor a known issue paints Honda is such a negative light. I have taken all of the necessary steps needed, contacted my local Honda, took the car in for pictures, awaited a response for the DPSM approval. Once the claim was denied I reached out to American Honda who also just said "sorry, nothing can be done". I would heavily caution yourself when deciding to purchase a Honda. Because of the lack of accountability on Honda and the horrible customer service they have provided I will do what I need to in taking legal action against Honda because of this. More
They advertised a vehicle that had not been conditioned or inspected, then told me it would be about a week until they could show it to me. Advertising vehicles that are nowhere near ready to be shown is bad business. I even offered to check it out as is, but they said no. More

I went to purchase a cash car. They added the paint protector on a 2002. I asked them to remove the $499.00 fee. They refused to remove the fee. My initial review of this dealership would have been very poor if it wasn't for Ali Odierno. I originally found a 2015 Ford Edge for approx $9k. I went to the dealership on a Saturday to see it and was gree poor if it wasn't for Ali Odierno. I originally found a 2015 Ford Edge for approx $9k. I went to the dealership on a Saturday to see it and was greeted by Zaine. My daughter came with me to seen another vehicle. We were told by the salesperson that we couldn't see either of the cars because they were being serviced. However, he took out contact info and told us he would contact us when they were ready the following week. Long story short, he never called and the car I wanted was sold. I was very annoyed but when the next person called I booked an appointment so my daughter could see the car she wanted. In stepped Ali. Her professionalism and kindness encouraged me to purchase 2 cars, same day. Kudos to her for turning around a potentially negative situation into a positive. More

First my son bought a car from Leander Honda. Went ok but they were less than customer focused. Then, took my daughter to purchase a car and they treated her like she wasn’t worth their time. Gave them a second try and they were horribly unresponsive, less than easy to work with and completely disrespectful when it can to working the deal. We expected to work the deal in person once the car arrived and put a deposit on a vehicle in transit. First the said they wouldn’t talk trade without it being there. Then they insisted on working the deal remotely. Then claimed they wouldn't offer even wholesale value remotely “without seeing the car in person”. More
