Great Service Center This is now my second time to this service center. The people here have been nothing but pleasant. The first time I came in for the 60k mile package. This is now my second time to this service center. The people here have been nothing but pleasant. The first time I came in for the 60k mile package. The replaced or topped off all the fluids and gave some suggestions for maintenance. What amazed me was that the salesperson took time to explain every part of the inspection report. From the condition of the brake fluid to replacing the pcv. Today I'm here for the NY State inspection and it took about an hour. Both times I've been here they are friendly and understanding. I would definitely come back for more major car maintenance milestones. More

The most horrific experience ever! I will never purchase a vehicle from Honda City ever again. First, they say they have no hidden fees but xxx has dealer fees & don't go to "them." Whe I will never purchase a vehicle from Honda City ever again. First, they say they have no hidden fees but xxx has dealer fees & don't go to "them." When we made the offer on the Civic which we saw on the internet, they said they would have to add almost $1000 for the certification. What?? The car is already certified! Then they wanted us to finance the car but my son saved up and we wanted to pay cash/check. So of course, the salesman has to ask the mgr if they would accept the offer. He came back and accepted, but you had to take the car "today." I reluctantly said yes. That was my first mistake. He said it wouldn't take long. We can do insurance via phone right now. HA! After 3 hours of him going back and forth with DMV & insurance, we were starved. We kept thinking, how much longer could it really be? He said it should only take another hour. We thought he was joking but sadly, he wasn't. We left, got something to eat, came back, and still took another half hour. I DONT GET IT EITHER! I live 15 min. away -- had I known, I could have come back 10x! So it's now night time & we take the car. The next morning we realize the windshield has a chip, the handbook is missing, there's another key from another car in the vehicle, (oh- did I mention that we only have 1 key & they owed us another key?). Coincidentally, we are driving to another state early in the morning. As soon as they were opened, I called the dealer tells us that we have to come back to show them the chip right away. The sooner, the better. When I got back (after paying tolls 2x), they did give me the car handbook, 2nd key (which they wanted to charge me $300 for), and made an appointment for someone to fill in the chip. In the certification documents, this chip should have been fixed before delivery & I should automatically get 2 keys (not just 1). For this I think it was reasonable to ask for a free oil change or 2, no? The manager didn't think so. After arguing back and forth about how he can't do this and that the service shop is separate from the dealership, he reluctantly handed me a free voucher for 1 oil change. He was so nasty. The whole experience was horrific. The salesman didn't know the car and the manager was rude and disrespectful. This was 2 months ago and I regret every minute. If they tell you to do something right now, walk away. I should have went with my gut. And two months later, I purchased another pre-owned vehicle at Infiniti in St. James/Nesconset. What a fantastic experience! No one was rude...why would they be? In my lifetime, I have purchased Dodge, 3 Infinitis, Audi, BMW, Honda Pilot, and several others. This was, by FAR, the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. More
