Honda City responded

When the car and pricing was being explained by the sales person and manager they explained you could save 1000 and have the work the brakes, (which did pass new York state inspection) completed by your mechanic or the higher price and we would do the work. You choose the lower price which we honored. The tires are in excellent condition but they are not the oem tire. I understand you are unhappy with the tires and while they are not in need of replacement I did tell you and I would pay for the mount and balance of the new tires, I would also pay to do an alignment of the vehicle which should be done when you install new tires. We also inspected what was described by your mechanic as a leaky strut. You mechanic showed you a picture of a very leaky oil covered strut. The strut as it turned out had no leak. Possibly an overzealous outside shop? We are happy to hear you were impressed with the sales person. As you can see here on Dealer Rater we have hundreds of happy customers, I am sorry your not happy, but we have to follow the terms of the sale as it is written.
