I brought my Honda Accord into the service department for an oil change and power steering flush. Robert Lorance immediately greeted me, took my information down and told me it would be about 1 hour - 1 hour an oil change and power steering flush. I walked in and he came to get me to tell me that my car was finished! That was the fastest service that I have ever recieved at Honda. I told Robert that I usually dread going to get my oil changed on a Sat. because it takes so long....but this experience was much different. Many thanks to Robert for his excellent customer service. I drive out of my way to come have my Honda serviced in McKinney, but experiences like this will keep me coming back. Thanks! More

From the very start, I was met with courtesy and professionalism. I had to take my car in for the 100,000 miles check up and to get some minor things fixed. I came in for a standard oil change and inspection. I asked Steve to get me out within an hour and was done in 30 minutes. As always he was friendly and helpful. The service department used to wash your car when you got an oil change which was great. However, the last two times I have been there they did not wash my car. That is a great bonus to getting your oil cha an oil change which was great. However, the last two times I have been there they did not wash my car.
