Had to take car to Bellevue Honda three times before they admitted battery was bad. My good reputable mechanic also said alternator is bad. Honda says is not. I was stuck with no ac with my daughters car and other places couldn’t fit me in for a week. I explained my situation as my daughter just graduated today from Creighton (family anll flew in to be here) an places couldn’t fit me in for a week. Terri in the Service Department was very friendly and helpful. Terri checked her records as to when the last time my car had been serviced and what I had done last time .
