Took my Pilot in for a recall repair. Made an appoint for 7:30 am and dropped the car off. We called at 3:30 and were told that it was next in line and wouldn’t be done that day. Not sure why we made and appt and verified it if it sat there for a day? What an inconvenience to be without your car for two days for a two to three hour fix (according to the Honda paper work). Will go to a different dealership in the future for service and purchase of a vehicle. I was disappointed with this dealership when I looked to purchase the Pilot and the service department has solidified that disappointment. Won’t be back. More
