Took my Pilot in for a recall repair. Made an appoint for 7:30 am and dropped the car off. We called at 3:30 and were told that it was next in line and wouldn’t be done that day. Not sure why we made and appt and verified it if it sat there for a day? What an inconvenience to be without your car for two days for a two to three hour fix (according to the Honda paper work). Will go to a different dealership in the future for service and purchase of a vehicle. I was disappointed with this dealership when I looked to purchase the Pilot and the service department has solidified that disappointment. Won’t be back. More

Had to take car to Bellevue Honda three times before they admitted battery was bad. My good reputable mechanic also said alternator is bad. Honda says is not. I was stuck with no ac with my daughters car and other places couldn’t fit me in for a week. I explained my situation as my daughter just graduated today from Creighton (family anll flew in to be here) an places couldn’t fit me in for a week.
