Someone to trust I recently had aproblem with my Honda. When I called and spoke with Todd and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it on down and they will I recently had aproblem with my Honda. After interviewing other service facilities, we talked with Rick (service manager) who convinced us to bring the car into Bellevue. Pat Brook in service patiently listened to our issues and explained in detail, with confidence our options for the repair. Overall it was a good experience and plan to bring all our Honda cars there for service in the near future. Also the charges were in-line compared to other repair facilities. More

A Service Center That I Can Trust The last time I took my Odyssey in for an oil change they noticed a power steering leak and thought that a hose needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote and since I didn't have time to fix it that day I scheduled the fix at our next oil change. They called me to tell me it wasn't the hose at all and by tightening a valve last time there was no longer a leak. The repair would have cost me $150 and I would have never known the difference. I made an appointment with Honda assuming I needed an oil change and a brake flush. Todd informed me with the quality of the oil, cars no longer required oil changes every 3K miles and took the time to show change and a brake flush. I went to get my winter tires put on. When the work was promptly done I was surprised that I had forgotten my wallet at home. Todd let me drive home and then come back in and pay. I was so grateful.
