I spoke with Ken and he refused to help at all because we did not buy another package from them for "protection". Pretty much everything has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. We will NEVER recommend this dealership! I hope they feel fat and happy! More

On numerous occasions I have called or just stopped in, needing an immediate oil change or with a concern over a dashboard light that just came on. I am always met with care, concern and instant attention - no appointment necessary. More than that, they generally go above and beyond. A standard oil change includes a full vehicle inspection and a wash/vacuum of your vehicle. When complete, the service tech discusses with you everything that was checked &/or completed and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I have had interactions with all the Service personnel and they are so personable and knowledgeable. I know I could have my car serviced elsewhere for less, but I don't Trust anyone but Honda for my Odyssey's service needs. I have been going there for eight years and will definitely purchase my next vehicle there as well. More
