I arranged my whole day around the early appointment and waiting as originally setup - just to be told I could not wait and the cars just received yesterday moved ahead of my appointment made a week ago... no sorry..no offer for an alternate car... just the cars received yesterday are a priority Very bad customer service experience I hope the feedback may help the next customer's experience More
The service they did on the car was fine. However, in order to do so, they had to adjust the backseat it seemed, which required moving the infant carseat and taking it out of the vehicle. When the service was completed, they simply left the carseat in the trunk. No one had put it back by the time I arrived. Fortunately, Malachi willingly came out to help install it again so I could pick up my child from daycare. He was a nice and friendly person, and so I give him 5 stars for his help and friendly demeanor. More
The service lady was rude and unprofessional. She tried to use aftermarket products on my car without asking me. You go to the dealership for Honda/Acura parts not after market. My car was sitting out in the lot for 25 minutes before they came to get me. Also, there is a certain way to rotate my tires, and I need to tighten my hand. That was not followed. They will be hearing from me if they warped my rotors. More

Took a little bit to get in for some recall repairs. But once we got in, service took about 1.5 hours for 2 recall repairs, software update and they even washed the car! I always take my SUV to them but today was very frustrating for my husband. I have been coming to this dealership on and off since 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had origi 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had originally said about 2 weeks, which I understand because there can always be hiccups. I think I spent about $1,500 all together for parts and labor which I thought was a little crazy but oh well, needed to be done! 9 months later I’m driving down the interstate with my wife and dogs and heard a loud pop, looked in the review and the lips flying off. I call the next day they are open to see what can be done and I get told the person that did my last oil change must of not put it on correctly and to go ask them if they did. They also told me that they will not pay for any parts or labor. Disappointment is an understatement. Unless you absolutely have to I recommend not bringing or buying any vehicles from this dealership. More
