A Great Buying Experience I chose this dealership because I had my previous vehicle service there for five years and I trust the service department personnel. I pre-shopped well in advance of my intended purchase and warned him not to bug me until I was ready. He listened! My only contact with him was when he sent an email to let me know about improvements Honda had made in the 2017 CRVs. Then, when I was ready to buy he was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the vehicle to me and even cleaned my old license plates before giving them to me. Tari B, the business manager was very pleasant and efficient. We very much appreciated Kevin's demeanor and honesty. He was patient, relaxed and quite knowledgeable. It was easy to return to buy a Honda since we are already Honda owners and appreciate the quality of the automobile. She was very attentive consultant, went out of her way to be available when we were able to meet, responded in a timely manner, I could always reach her when I wanted to, and she answered questions thoroughly. We didn't feel pressure to "take the deal" or "decide right now" and didn't have that uncomfortable bargaining you sometimes get from high pressure sales people. She moved with us at our pace when we were ready to purchase. We felt the process of agreeing on a price, checking options, working with finance, finalizing the contract and picking up the vehicle all went very smoothly and was handled professionally. Cheryl in the business office working with us on the paperwork was great, too. She stayed late with us to get the paperwork finished even though we had been a little late getting there, and was quick, efficient and able to answer all of our questions. We've bought multiple cars (new and used) from several dealerships over the years, and this experience stands out as a particularly positive one. I will go back in the future, and would recommend this dealership to friends & family. More
