Had to take car to Bellevue Honda three times before they admitted battery was bad. My good reputable mechanic also said alternator is bad. Honda says is not. Quach tried to cheat me by telling me he would buy my used car personally for more than what the dealer would pay. He lied. He said the dealer would give me $X, but he would give me $1000 more. When I checked Blue Book, and talked to the dealer, it turned out the dealer would give me $2500 more than Quatch offered. What a creep. More

I was stuck with no ac with my daughters car and other places couldn’t fit me in for a week.
