Amazing This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue and I am FAR from disappointed. This time around I was helped by Rachel. W This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue and I am FAR from disappointed. This time around I was helped by Rachel. When I first arrived she was busy with another customer but was eager to help me when she was finished. Rachel was extraordinary, she managed to work with both me and her other customer at the same time, while they were looking at the cars and seeing what they liked she would come check to see if I had any questions or what I was looking for for vehicle. Her other customer came first to her and I had no problem waiting at all and was very impressed with her being able to juggle two customers like that. When it came finalizing my choice, Rachel was even more helpful, I'd had her get price estimates for me on two different vehicles, a '17 civic hatchback and a '17 civic si, with different down payments to see what it would do for monthly payments for my lease and was more than happy to do it. Rachel was even more so helpful in helping me finalize my option due to being stuck between the hatchback and the Si, and understood both sides of where I was coming from on wanting a manual but wanting far cheaper payments that i had on my truck I had purchased from a different dealership. Rachel just kept encouraging me to choose whatever vehicle I wanted and would be happy with and not to worry so much about what my parents were wanting me to go with due to it being my car. We ended up going for a test drive to give me a chan e to drive the hatchback and think about my options and monthly payment. After the test drive encouraged me to see what both cars would do to my insurance to try and help me figure out which I could afford and even offered to take me back and show my the red hatchback that they were currently doing the new car check over on. Rachel kept reminding me that this is a lease not financing to own that I was doing, so either car I went with in 3 years I could trade it in for something newer and maybe even get my manual then, or who knows might contact me sooner if the dealership needs used cars and once she showed me the red hatchback, I was sold. Needless to say between this experience and my last experience 3 years ago with Tony for my last purchase with them, I will continue to come back to purchase more vehicle and hope Rachel is still working there and would love to have her as my sales person again! Thank you so very much again Rachel! =) 5 stars is definitely not enough to rate Rachel or Honda Cars or Bellevue! More

Rachel and Tari ROCK!!! This was our first trip to Honda Cars of Bellevue, but it won't be our last. My wife became a fan of Hondas, with her 2006 Odyssey, and when we sadl This was our first trip to Honda Cars of Bellevue, but it won't be our last. My wife became a fan of Hondas, with her 2006 Odyssey, and when we sadly lost it to an accident 2 weeks ago, she was so sold on Honda, that we went searching for another one. That lead us to Honda Cars of Bellevue, and Rachel. She is very personable, not high pressure, and very easy to work with. She truly won our business, especially by selling us the Molten Lava Pearl CR-V that her General Manager was driving, as a demo car. Most auto finance people are stiff and are just concerned with getting signatures and getting people out of the office. Not Tari!!! She took the time to sit down with us, go over several different financing scenarios, to figure out which was right for us, and even figured the property and sales taxes for us. They are a great team, and when we are in the market for our next car, it will more than likely be from Rachel and Tari, at Honda Cars of Bellevue. More
