Above and Beyond Experience Eli worked on getting us the numbers we wanted from sales manager Bryan, to get into a new Pilot. On our 3rd test drive, Eli helped us to see why the pilot was the best car for us. Eli was so easy to talk to, ask questions, knowledgeable, fun personality, ect... Chyryln and Eli went out of their way to get the tow package and roof rails on before we came back with the check the next day, What a pleasant surprise and that saved us an appointment time to come back. It was a 'God thing' that they even had the parts all there for us. We got to go in the back to meet Rob the mechanic who made the additions possible which he said it was unusual that everything got done in such short notice. Also it was awesome that Chyryln was our Finance person, she was there 3 years ago when we bought our CR-V, she handles everything so easy going and she knows her stuff. She handled everything and even requested our refund from our previous oil/tire warranty. She was very efficient at what she does (it would have taken me forever to fill out what was needed). Also after having a CR-V and coming in for oil changes i am impressed with the service I have received in all areas! Above and Beyond Service!!! More
