Had engine trouble while traveling. Pat, the Service Advisor at Bellevue, said he could get us in right away. When we pulled in, Brad, the Service Technician, did diagnostics right awa Pat, the Service Advisor at Bellevue, said he could get us in right away. When we pulled in, Brad, the Service Technician, did diagnostics right away. They fixed the car and had us back in the road in 3 hours! We were so thankful! More

David was laid back and direct and informed about the product. I think he is a "car guy". Just like the rest of the dealership, there was no games and a relaxed experience the whole way through.
