Me and My friend visited this dealership on Saturday to buy an Odyssey. I was attended by Mr.Raj Bhandari. I asked him to explain the features. He asked me what I am looking for. I was not explained the fe buy an Odyssey. I was attended by Mr.Raj Bhandari. I asked him to explain the features. He asked me what I am looking for. I was not explained the features of the car. I had to point the buttons and controls and ask him what is it for. He was rude when I was driving the car. He told me that he would not let me drive the car if I was driving like how I was driving. I did not break any law. I didn't drive anything different from my other test drives. He was the only person made such a rude comment. During the price negotiation we told him we already have an offer for some price. He may agree or may not agree. He may believe or not believe. It was his decision. However, he called us liars. He plainly said you are lying. It was embarrassment for both of us. I never met such rude salesperson. FYI, We are Asian-Indians too. so I am not making these comment out of any racial hate. More
