He was helpful throughout the entire process, and made sure my vehicle was ready and explained in detail what I needed to know about it before I left. That was very helpful since the technology is more advanced than my last car. If I have any questions I'm sure he will help again. Chyrlyn, who completed the paperwork was very helpful in explaining everything to me, including the warranty and process for registration. More
