My husband and I purchased our Certified Used Honda CR-V about 3 months ago, and I am the lucky one to get to drive it mostly. They got us a great deal on the part we financed and the overall bill was about 3,000 less than what other Hondas like it were going for! Plus it has low mileage. After I got it, I took it to my mechanic and he checked it out thoroughly and when I told him it was in a front-end collision, (we found that on carfax) he was so impressed that he went on a search mission for it, because he said that Honda Cars of Bellevue Auto Body Specialists did such a fantastic job on it, that he couldn't even barely see it. He said normally the engine has excess paint on it, from them repainting the quarter panels on the front, or hood, etc., and there was none. He dug way down under the grill and could barely even see it but there was a miniscule dent on the backside of the grill that without a flashlight and really searching for it, one wouldn't ever even know. Other than that dent, there is no damage at all to the vehicle. When I took it in for an oil change and forgot to tell them about the wheel cover being loose on the nice shiny chrome wheels, they fixed that without even been told to. It just needed pounded in with a rubber mallet. My Mechanic said to keep taking my car to Honda Cars of Bellevue for service, because he can't compete with them. He wants new Honda now, so I gave him the number of our salesperson Scott White. I think he probably will get one. He is the one who told me to get a Honda in the first place because they are excellent vehicles and will keep me on the road without any worries for a good long time. His words when he saw mine was "Wow! Sweet Ride!" Which is true, it is indeed the sweetest ride I've ever had! More

I love the new facility including the internet cafe area where I can log into work while I'm waiting for service on my car. Also, the sales guys aren't the obnoxious type. The several people that I dealt with were very laid back and weren't very high pressure. I'd definately recomend this dealership to anyone that was in the market for a new or used Honda. My entire family goes there. More
Unfortunately, my '03 Element got rear-ended and then I hit the car in front as well. The body shop had to fix both ends, put in a new A/C condenser, and some related parts. They dealt with a greedy insurance company, got me the right parts, and had the work done faster than I could have thought possible. I bought the car there in Nov '03 and have been treated like a king every time, from oil changes to this recent encounter. They may not be the 'cheapest' but I will pay a couple bucks for great service and knowledgeable employees. I still talk to my salesman every few months as he requested feedback regarding my vehicle over the long haul! More
I have purchased a Honda Prelude back in '00 and just last year an '04 minivan. I've had very good service both times. I worked with 2 different salemen on each purchase. But if you go into the dealership and give them fair numbers for what you want to pay and what you want out of your trade WITH documentation to back it up. They will be very fair with you. Took me less than 30 minutes each time to close the deal. On top of this, with the last purchase, Bart T the finanace manager was awesome. Not only did he beat my Capital One interest rate by a full % (under 4%) he made myself and my family feel like we were long time friends. Honda Cars of Bellevue will aways be my top choice if I'm ever in the market for another Honda. More
