I recently purchased a 2014 Honda CRV. I had a 2011 CRV and loved it therefore, I was somewhat hesitant to trade my 2011 CRV, Gary Pelan showed me the upgrades made to the 2014 CRV. Gary was very thoroug and loved it therefore, I was somewhat hesitant to trade my 2011 CRV, Gary Pelan showed me the upgrades made to the 2014 CRV. Gary was very thorough with his explaination of the 2014 CRV. What I appreciated most is the time Gary took with me when he delivered the unit to me. He even set up my I-phone with my new unit. I have now proudly driven my 2014 Honda CRV for almost a month. Everything that Gary told me about my new unit is true. I love it! With all of the new technology in these newer units, it was very nice to have a Salesperson to take the time to make me comfortable. This is the 3rd Honda that I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue. All on my Service work is also done by this dealership. I appreciate all of the employees here. I came into to trade my car in and I got Steve Thomas as my car salesmen. I told him what I would like as a car payment and he was able to work with me. I have been to other dealerships before and you can t my car salesmen. I told him what I would like as a car payment and he was able to work with me. I have been to other dealerships before and you can tell when they see you as a commission check. Steve did not do this, he treated me as a paying customer and made sure I was happy with the numbers. The first week I had my vehicle the satellite radio stopped working and I stopped into Honda and Steve took time out to figure out the problem and fixed it. I received a phone call two weeks after I bought the SUV from Steve asking how I like my new vehicle. These are just small things that mean a lot that I never received from other dealers in the past. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. This is actually the 2nd Honda I bought from Steve and will continue to go to him in the future. Thank you for the great vehicle and great service. More
