Eli was up front about pricing and didn't pressure me into any additions. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. They special ordered my car took time with me when it arrived to show me the various features. They have a great team and I'll definitely buy my next car from them. More

We had no issues and were in and out of the dealership in less th I recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Nozim and he was very polite and helpful. We had no issues and were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours with a new car. Very speedy and courteous. I had to bring car back to have AutoStart put in today and was equally as helpful , I was having trouble with the Bluetooth and he assisted me in working the system. He is an asset to your dealership hands down. More

I feel the money owed should have been wipped off and my payments should be closers to the special that was running. I'm a repeat customer. I have a great credit score. It's ok though next time I WILL explore other dealerships. I did talk to David about it on Friday but I still feel the same way. More

Poor customer service/Lacking professionalism I went in to look at a used vehicle. My salesperson was very pushy, and I felt bullied. I agreed to a deal, with a trade in that was $600 less than wh I went in to look at a used vehicle. My salesperson was very pushy, and I felt bullied. I agreed to a deal, with a trade in that was $600 less than what O'Daniel Honda offered me for my trade, because the car at O'Daniel sold before my husband could come and look at it. I shopped around for a good APR for the auto loan, and found an APR lower than the one that was offered by Honda Cars of Bellevue. Honda Cars of Bellevue was quite upset that I turned down their financing for a lower APR. The finance person was rude to us once she discovered we were getting a loan elsewhere. She stopped being friendly after that. When we came back with the check for the loan, they said we would have to wait to pick up the car until Monday, to find out if the check cleared the bank. Our lender said this had never happened before. Honda Cars of Bellevue told me I could sign their financial agreement with their lender in order to take the car that day. I, of course declined since their APR was inferior. They were extremely rude when I asked for the title of my vehicle back, since the sale would not be final yet, and I would be leaving with my own vehicle. The office manager, Brian Kelly, actually yelled across the showroom floor to the finance person "She wants her title back!" I am convinced in an effort to embarrass us. How could I leave a title, already signed over to them, when I was not leaving with my new vehicle? I am still not sure I want to return on Monday, validating their business practices, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism. More
