My adult kids came with me and my son is a former Honda salesman. He is extremely critical and wants only the best for "mom." They were both very pleased with my choice. After the shopping event we talked among ourselves about how great David was. He is sincere, knowledgeable, no bull, kind, and considerate. He is very patient with his customers. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the financing options available to include the, loan, extended warranty, gap, and oil change program. Faiz went out of his way to make the car buying experience -- which can often be stressful -- easy, fun, educational, and comfortable. He was transparent through the entire process. Big thank you to Faiz and Tari for the exceptional service!! -From the husband side...My wife didn't even mention that Faiz brought the test drive to me and my broken down car at the Zoo. He was there in 15 minutes and brought with him an incredible deal, no pressure, and a calm caring persona that drastically changed the perception of the day. This was all done the last couple hours before closing time. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the product and made purchasing the car seem like a no-brainer. Great salesman and great person. More
