I sent an e-mail to Mr. Charlie Soto on last Sunday. To my surprise, I got call from him 30 minutes thereafter. He touchbased with me seveeral times before we made a trip to Atlanta. I traveled from Macon, Georgia to Roswell, Georgia for the particular car I had in mind. There were several cars I was interested in seeing and test driving in the Atlanta area, but once I test drove this the particular car I had in mind. There were several cars I was interested in seeing and test driving in the Atlanta area, but once I test drove this car (Honda Civic SI) and saw the amount of work and care that the dealership's employees put into it, I didn't see any need to look anywhere else but Honda Carland. Craig Harris was friendly and easy to work with, and was very knowledgeable about the Civic SI. I would not hesitate to recommend Honda Carland to anyone who was interested in buying a quality Honda. Charlie was a straight forward salesman, exactly what I enjoy dealing with. While I was in financing, Charlie took the time to transfer everything over from my vehicle, and had it ready for me to drive away so there was no more waiting. He again went over all my questions and I was on my way! If you are shopping for a Honda, I highly recommend Charlie at Honda Carland. Jason set up the financing just as accomodatingly. They got everything in order just the way I wanted, and my daughter came back to Atlanta to pick up her car. She left with a big smile and I got much more than I had hoped for, in terms of value, but more importantly, in terms of service and support form these gentlemen. I purchased a 2007 Toyota 4Runner from Charlie Soto today. Smart, attentive, and to the point. It's great when a dealer doesn't try to bs you with what's going on. Previous positive Honda service and body shop repairs placed Honda Carland on the list for new car consideration. We received a friendly greeting from Bobbie Patterson upon our arrival. After several minutes of questions and answers, it appeared that the Accord EX-L would be the probable best fit. Bobbie explained every question we had and offered additional information when appropriate on the test drive. We had located this exact car at two other dealerships (one actually closer to our house) but purchased from Bobbie and Gary as I anticipate that the service experienced so far will continue. Paul Vejjajiva was a fabulous salesman. He was informative, polite, patient. but never overbearing. He answered all of our questions promptly.
