I managed to pull into the lot & the Service Team scheduled me in immediately, without an appointment. They were very friendly & courteous & arranged for me to be driven home to await the outcome of the diagnostic. Unfortunately, the cost to fully repair car exceeded my means & the value of the car. Jay-R the Service Adviser listened to ALL my concerns, talked me through some various options, & answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions & after I decided to purchase a used car, he carefully walked me through the process & took the time to explain my situation to the Sales team. Jay-R definitely definitely helped turn an awful experience into a positive one! More

Excellent Transaction I went in to have my recall notices taken care of and I left with a new car, and it was painless. . .even fun. Ten years ago I visited the dealer I went in to have my recall notices taken care of and I left with a new car, and it was painless. . .even fun. Ten years ago I visited the dealership, my daughter-in-law bought a new car, so when I got my recall notices I decided to go back to Bridgewater Honda even though it was 25 miles from where I live. The man from whom my daughter-in-law bought her car still worked there, so I went into his office to say "HI" and ended up with a new car, an HR-V, that I hadn't ever heard of, but it's very cute. During the complete transaction I dealt with Ali, Erik, Walter, Brian (both of them) and an adorable young lady in service whose name I don't know. I'd go back to any one of them in an instant, or call any of them to ask a question, if necessary. I even met the owner of the dealership who was very pleasant and personable and funny. I'd go back to Autosport Honda for sales or service and I'd recommend this dealership to everyone. They were great 10 years ago and they are still THE BEST. More

Charged me for the service which was supposed to be covered with warranty 2. Beware of so called Diagnostics fee of $115: They will make up any stories to justify why is repair not covered under warranty. You will end up paying diagnostics fee of $115 to tighten a clip which should have been coovered under warranty. 3. Very unprofessional service reps. More

I went there for the first maintenance of my 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. I bought the car at another dealer but I moved after that so Autosport becomes the closest dealership. I brought my own oil filter becau Accord LX-P. I bought the car at another dealer but I moved after that so Autosport becomes the closest dealership. I brought my own oil filter because I was given several of those from the dealership when I bought the car. I was afraid that Autosport would reject customer's part but they didn't. They told me to simply put the filter on front seat and they would use it. The oil change service took about half an hour, which was pretty fast, and total cost was a real surprise - about eight dollars less since I brought my own filter. They didn't add ridiculous labor cost just because customer brought own part. I am very satisfied with their service, speed, and price, and I think I will go there in future for any service of my Accord. More
