unexpected noise while driving to my job I'm very happy with auto sport's service department .. i was on my way to my job and i heard a noise from the passenger front side of my vehicle I I'm very happy with auto sport's service department .. i was on my way to my job and i heard a noise from the passenger front side of my vehicle I called the service department and they gladly took me in with out an appointment. They took care of my issue very quickly , i didnt expect to be helped out so quickly . The gentlemen that worked at the service counter , explained there was a rock behind my brake plate and that they were able to take out the rock with out any major repairs performed .. im extremely happy with the service. More
excellent and honest service department i called into auto sport honda, service department with out having a appointment because of a check engine light that randomly turned on in my car wh i called into auto sport honda, service department with out having a appointment because of a check engine light that randomly turned on in my car while i was driving .. they took me in and found i had a loose gas cap from when i have gotten gasoline the last night .. i am happy because , they were honest enough to tell me , no repairs were needed and they waived the diagnostic's fee for me . and cleared the light for me ... Very helpful and accommodating service manager! My wife was on her way home from traveling for work and had an a problem with her car. She went to Autosport and they said that they might not be able to squeeze her in. The manager overheard her on the phone with daycare telling them she might be late and got her right in. Thankfully it was just minor and she got out of there pretty quick. More

I've been waiting for a receipt of service from 7/11/17 - Steve is "still working on it". And I had to prove to him I was there on 7/10 and 11 with xxx from Honda roadside and pictures and a video. Then he remembered. There is a defect in the trans belt so they told me, but put "normal noise" on receipt and told me to take it up with Honda corporate. this is a dealership that is dismissive to female customers. I wish I bought another Toyota. More

I'm very please with the service I got. Thank you Nelson! In the last 2 months, I spent so much money in 2 different well-known repair shops of the Somerset County area, but my car still had problems. Finally In the last 2 months, I spent so much money in 2 different well-known repair shops of the Somerset County area, but my car still had problems. Finally last week, my wife made an appointment at Auto Honda on route 22 and, the first time they did the job my 2007 Honda Odyssey came out running as a new brand new minivan. We worked with Nelson (sorry I don't remember his last name) who very patiently explained to us what was the problem. The price was very reasonable too; we definitely go back there next time, hopefully not very soon. Gustavo Ovando. More
