Best Honda Service in NJ We brought my wife's Honda in for Service to Autosport Honda on Friday, we were greeted promptly in the parking lot by the valet where he checked us i We brought my wife's Honda in for Service to Autosport Honda on Friday, we were greeted promptly in the parking lot by the valet where he checked us in and looked over the car. Upon entering the service dept. we were warmly welcomed by Nelson Quinones the service advisor, he promptly wrote us up and told us he would contact us when the vehicle was done. As promised he contacted us approx 2 hours later and advised us that he took care of the oil change and replaced a tire that was covered under our tire protection plan because it had a screw in it. When we picked it up we were pleased to see the vehicle was ready to go and washed as promised. Great Job by Nelson Quinones and the Autosport Honda Team! Thank you!! More
They have no skills for doing an engine oil change! Had my Odyssey 2015 in for a oil and filter change, before I did mark the oilfilter, I got the car back with old filter still in place, the oil on the Had my Odyssey 2015 in for a oil and filter change, before I did mark the oilfilter, I got the car back with old filter still in place, the oil on the dipstick looked clear but was it really semisynthetic oil? They admited the failure and did another oil change for free + new filter. 3 weeks later when the battery died and I opened the hood, I saw the oil filler cap laying there not in place, good luck no oilsspills on this kind of engine, but still the engine oil could get contaminated with spray water or dirt. The 15 point inspection stated all interior lights ok, in real 5 out of 7 were broken because I replaced them unintentionally before with faulty led’s. I would give 0 Stars! Not trustworthy at all! If they have no skills to perform a oil change with two tries then there is nothing else they can do for your car! More

Steve was there every step of the way while the service team addressed the problems with the vehicle. Steve worked tirelessly to resolve each problem with grace and professionalism. He made sure I had a loaner ready each time I came in for service. Knowing how particular I am about my car he even kept it inside the building during service appointments and had the car hand washed each time I picked it up. Steve is a rare commodity and should be given more than a five star rating. I would also like to express my gratitude to Damian Wadiak who was also extremely helpful and supportive during my visits to the dealership. He is informative and entertaining. In closing I would like to say Autosport would be the ONLY place I would purchase a Honda and Would highly recommend them to my family, friends and Co-workers. Sincerely, Al Germaine More
