Good morning, we are sorry to hear you have chosen to remit this review across all platforms, and that you feel we did not handle your oil change with honesty and professionalism. However, nothing could be further from the truth and our team, mostly Christian who is the consummate professional, deserves to have an accurate recount of your experience brought to light. Your vehicle came in with over 180,000 miles for a routine oil change. Our technician noted that there was oil seepage coming from the drain plug, this is before he even touched it, and that it appeared the threads on the plug were worn out. This is not uncommon at all for a car of this mileage. When we advised that we would need to replace the drain plug as part of the service you then decided to accuse our team of stripping the plug. Christian explained to you that we hadn't even removed it yet but you chose to blame our team and make a scene in our shop. Our Service Director decided to tell Christian that it wasn't worth an argument and we decided to replace the drain plug and time cert 100% free of charge. At no point did Christian ever state that we stripped the plug, all he did was diffuse a situation and we went out of our way to make a client happy and your car safe. We would be happy to discuss this further with you, but it seems as if you are only interested in singling out a true professional and a very loyal client advocate. We are reminded of the axiom, "no good deed goes unpunished". We wish you happy motoring and a good day. Thank you.
