Did a basic oil change. Dealer website does not allow 7am appointments even though service takes appointments at 7am by phone. I was told to 'just come' so came at 7am. Matt at service. Waited and waited.... appointments even though service takes appointments at 7am by phone. I was told to 'just come' so came at 7am. Matt at service. Waited and waited....until 8:30am for an oil change. He finished several other people during that time. At 8:25am, I just went up and asked. He said they are just about done. 5min later he waved at me. Paid and then he told me I needed a brake fluid change and tires are getting worn low. IF I had known earlier, I could have asked them to do the brake fluid change. I'm not waiting another 1h with no information ! Ridiculous service...or rather Absence of service. I guess I'm not profitable enough (I had a coupon) ! Pathetic! I just scheduled an appointment with Madison Honda. They provide SERVICE ! More

Crystal was very helpful. She explained all the services that would be done and gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take. I have been shopping around for a car for my son.I was just looking around and I checked a used Honda Civic ,but it wasn’t the best deal for me. I was not going to buy the car right away but Mauricio found me the right car and he was so successful to get me the best deal ,I wanted that.I had to lease the car (New Honda Civic)I was looking for. HI - I was extremely inpressed first with the help we received when we originally purchased our first Honda ever, from Jane Kronenwetter, the sales manager. But then just as importantly, we had service received when we originally purchased our first Honda ever, from Jane Kronenwetter, the sales manager. But then just as importantly, we had service done this weekend and Matt Fasano, a service consultant team leader, went the extra mile to complete a request we had made for fixing the car. He did so quickly and competently and explained it all to me very well. Great place for service!! More
