Brought my car in for an oil change had an appointment and now being told my car will not be done for 1 hour and 15 mins! Why make an appointment? Plus the woman that took care of me told me I did not nee and now being told my car will not be done for 1 hour and 15 mins! Why make an appointment? My service at 24000 miles for my 2019 Accord my front and rear brake and rotors were in excellent condition. Then I went back for service at 28000 miles and they told me my rear brake pads and rotors are in rear brake and rotors were in excellent condition. Then I went back for service at 28000 miles and they told me my rear brake pads and rotors are in very bad condition and rusty and they considered that NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR CONDITION. Went from excellent condition to very bad condition in just 4000 miles and still considered the rusty rotors normal wear and tear not a bad part from the manufacturer! They think people are dumb to believe their non-legitimate reports. Not doing any business with them again, neither 5 of my family members and won’t recommend them to anyone ever again More

Horrible service getting oil change, will never go back. PRO TIP: All you gotta do is complain to get ahead of the line if youre waiting and skip customers. Details follows. Had appointment at 3:15 for oil change, another lady outside was waiting as well and had asked me how long ive been there, i told her an hour. She gets livid at the prospect of her having to wait an hour and still no car for an oil change like me. She goes inside (we were waiting outside as their sign for masks pretty much says no masks required without clarification) and comes back out. Few minutes later a lady comes out and tries to reason with her that she's checked in an oil changes are usually an hour to hour and a half. She proceeds to get upset and the service rep leaves. She comes back out 20-30 minutes later and says her car is done, and even says to her she skipped customers, myself included for the same service while ive been waiting for around an hour and a half at that point and her 45 mins. I've no issue waiting as i understand things get backed up, but i have a problem when my time is not valued and other's are. I proceed to ask her if all i have to do is to complain and cause a scene and she goes "apparently so". I then proceed to ask her to see the manager. Service manager came out, didnt even have the courtesy to give me his name, wasnt apologetic at all and just says we can give you a free oil change. Having not received an apology, I was livid at this point and proceed to question why a woman complains 15-20 minutes after her appointment at 4 (while i was there since 3:15 for the same oil change). He starts explaining that they are backed up which makes no sense if I arrived 45 minutes before the lady for an oil change. It was only because i called them out on it that i was given a free oil change. I did use some choice words as adjectives not direct it at him personally, apparently he found it disrespectful, ironic, as customers are treated this way. His whole attitude was standoffish and non-apologetic, repeatedly mentioning that i got a free oil change out of it, which somehow justified it. Myself being a minority and the complaining lady being white, i straight up asked him if it was because of my race since his explanation of being busy made no sense as i arrived 45 minutes before and the lady previously saying she skipped 2 customers for her after her complaints. He goes no, and that his wife is also a minority, apparently he thinks because his wife is a minority he is immune to stereotypes (not saying this was the case at all but without an apology , his attitude, given a BS excuse, I continued to press him). Horrible customer service, im not sure if ownership has changed like someone mentioned to me after over hearing our discussion, but I will not be back having purchased and serviced my minivan when they were autosport honda. This was the first time i went back since they changed names and possibly ownership. The service advisor i worked with was very nice, but customer service shines through when you're in the wrong and what you do to fix it, and in my case, management failed miserably with their entitlement and attitude. To top it off, the inside of the car smelled like gas and the tire pressure was low. More

I had a terrible experience with one of the guys in the service office. After that, I contacted the manager Damian, who promised to make good and try to repair the situation. I haven’t gotten a call back from him in 3 days after I’ve left him multiple messages. Giving up on this location. I have two 2019 Honda’s and will be trading in my Subaru shortly for a new Civic. If you can, go somewhere else. More

From the purchase of the vehicle to its service, my experience at AutoSport Honda been 110% positive. I have another Honda dealership within 15 minutes from my house that I won't use.
