Autosport and Victor resolved a warranty issue on my Honda Ridgeline super fast and with great feedback during the process. Victor kept me in the loop at all times, and seemed truly happy when he located the issue and the correct factory fix -all with OEM parts. The Bozo's at the place i bought the car could'nt even identify the problem! To keep this positive Victor and his team of service professional's have reinstated my trust in Honda's quality. Honda USA should make all dealers live up to the service standards that Autosport and Managers like Victor practice day in day out! Of course when i am buying mode for a new Honda - they get the deal. Honda owner, Mitch Haus 2009 Ridgeline rt idrive155@gmail.com More

He was extremely accomodating in h service desk was very professional, friendly, and didn't laugh at me as I described the sounds my car was making!! He was extremely accomodating in helping me out w/ a beautiful loaner vehicle!! The service done was exceptional, and quick, which as a mother of four (w/ my 3yo toddler in tow) it was difficult to return the gorgeous new Accord for the "mommy-mobile" I was very much appreciative that we had our Odyssey back w/in a day!! At least Molly and I spent the day as queens driving around in the accord!! I would highly recommend this service department for their timely work, professionalism, and ease of accomodations!! Thanks AutoSport Honda! And thanks Victor!!! More

I have referred freinds and family and they have been very satisfied.Had a problem with my car which was difficult to determine the cause. Dealership gave me a loner car and solved the problem which was covered under the warrenty. It is important to condiser the service department when deciding where to purchase a car as well as the reputation of the dealership. More
I purchased three Hondas from Autosport two new and one used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well the car developed a oil leak I went back and they changed the filter it still leaked I tried again still leaked....I then called Victor the service manager at Autosport he told me to bring the car right in....it seems that cars oil filter has a washer that needs to be installed or it will leak....I will never have my Honda's serviced anywhere else.... The service department incorrectly diagnosed a "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic knew what he were doing. When I got the car home, I realized the PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. I brought the car back and found out all the car needed was some lubrication and a minor adustment. The Service Manager refused to admit they made a mistake and would not refund any of the money charged to replace two perfectly good axels. Worst of all is that the Service Manager seems to take pride in ripping off customers. More

Service department did not replace oil cap after oil change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oi change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oil level was sufficient before I drive, then bring it in and they will steam clean engine. I brought it back, explained what happened, waited, was told the car was ready and drove off. Smelled the burning oil again. Turns out the engine was never cleaned. I drove straight back and confronted the service manager, who checked with the mechanic who said "I checked the cap and it was on". The service manager himself then steam cleaned the engine. More
