The tire on our 2023 CRV came right off the rim. We were not left the unlocker for the lug nuts and couldn't even put the spare on. But the tire wasn't in stock, which was okay because it was expected within a few days. So we have been riding on the dummy spare tire for nearly two weeks now having to drive 45km both ways back and forth to work. They will not answer our calls or messages. They are about to lose our business forever. But not only that, they will be responsible for whatever happens to our vehicle and any rentals required from the fallout. This is stressful and tiring. We have been very polite and kind to them yet they avoid our calls. This isn't a small deal. More
Their prices for a front brake job on a 2015 CRV, for rotors, calipers, pads, fluid flush came to $1700 with tax. Way too high!!!! Be very careful here with their repair costs. Just had my car worked on for a Check Engine light issue. $500 it's solved. However, Honda Bridgewater charges you for using the Credit Card! I will not return. If you ever need your car service handled by a true Professional, ask for Matt in the service department. He took care of a recall that was supposedly “taken care of” by a separate authorized dealershi Professional, ask for Matt in the service department. He understood the predicament I was in and did only used his authority to help me as a customer. I haven’t had this chronic issue (it was for over a year) for the past 4k miles. Absolutely outstanding customer service and made me feel comfortable, and explained the issue with great knowledge and pictures. As a woman I can feel comfortable knowing I can go to him and I won’t be ripped off! More
I leased my 3rd Honda from this dealership and have always enjoyed the experience. But, this guy is awesome! Then Arthur Chen (who was not my sales person) called and wished me a happy 1 year anniversary on the lease of my Civic. I told him I loved my car except for the fact that there was no GPS. He told me to stop by and he would show me how to use it. I could not believe it, could it be possible?? My husband and I stopped by and within 15 minutes I had GPS!!! I love this guy!! I will definitely give him my business going forward. Oh and I love love your service department too! More
They lost my 1 tire cup / wasn’t plastic/ when I came today to ask them put back , they where not pleasant and just wanted give me the plastic which I did not want it.
