Buying my car from the Honda of Bridgewater was one of the best shopping experiences ever. Dan Carlson was the sales agent who helped me during my visit. Even on the first phone call, I felt that Dan knew both cars and people. It was easy to schedule an appointment to go and check the car and buy it on that day without any hesitation! While dealing with dealers can sometimes be a pain and stressful, my experience with Dan and the team at the Honda of Bridgewater was nothing but full of absolute pleasure and contentment. The car was a great deal, and I enjoy every second I drive it. It was a pleasure working with Dan and the team at the dealership. And they gave me free Turkey sandwiches for lunch, which was very yummy!! What else can someone ask for?! The tire on our 2023 CRV came right off the rim. We were not left the unlocker for the lug nuts and couldn't even put the spare on. But the tire wasn't in stock, which was okay because it was expected within a few days. So we have been riding on the dummy spare tire for nearly two weeks now having to drive 45km both ways back and forth to work. They will not answer our calls or messages. They are about to lose our business forever. But not only that, they will be responsible for whatever happens to our vehicle and any rentals required from the fallout. This is stressful and tiring. We have been very polite and kind to them yet they avoid our calls. This isn't a small deal. More

Their prices for a front brake job on a 2015 CRV, for rotors, calipers, pads, fluid flush came to $1700 with tax. Way too high!!!! Be very careful here with their repair costs. And the list goes on and on of what he could do to make me feel comfortable with my new vehicle. Arthur Chen, in my opinion, needs more stars than what you have listed as the maximum of five. I brought many people over to Honda of Bridgewater to purchase their vehicle, but this was my first purchase of a Honda, and found everyone to be so nice.
