Their prices for a front brake job on a 2015 CRV, for rotors, calipers, pads, fluid flush came to $1700 with tax. Way too high!!!! Be very careful here with their repair costs. And the list goes on and on of what he could do to make me feel comfortable with my new vehicle. Arthur Chen, in my opinion, needs more stars than what you have listed as the maximum of five. I brought many people over to Honda of Bridgewater to purchase their vehicle, but this was my first purchase of a Honda, and found everyone to be so nice. Had many contacts with Jane and Marlon, besides Arthur, and they were also wonderful to work with and speak to. Furthermore, I was told by phone that their policy is to beat another dealer's offer by $500 or more and when I presented that other offer in writing they said they do not have such a policy. These are clear red flags enacted by the FTC. They are clearly scammers with unethical business practices and only perform fraudulent activity here. More
