I just bought a certified used odyssey from Autosport Honda and these guys are FANTASTIC! No gimmicks, no games. The car was immaculate. Unlike other dealers I have been to, when these guys say certified Honda and these guys are FANTASTIC! No gimmicks, no games. The car was immaculate. Unlike other dealers I have been to, when these guys say certified they mean it. They checked every detail in the car and never tried to push things on me. I got a great price for the car over the phone (I talked to Terry) and when I went there I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Terry even knocked down a couple of hundred dollars off of the already great price. I also bought the wrap around warranty from them at 1/2 the price of what other dealers wanted to sell it to me for. Ken took me through the whole buying process and explained everything and when time came for me to put a deposit so that I can pick up the car the next day, I told him that I forgot my check book and he said lets shake hands on it and we did (honest dealers like that do not exist any more!). The next day I went and picked up the car which was cleaned with a full tank of gas (nice touch!). Terry, the sales consultant, took me to the car and explained all the specs that the car has and how to operate all these keys and buttons inside. They sent me on my way and told me to call in case of any questions and unlike other dealers I have dealt with, I know that these guys meant it. I can not wait to save some money so that I can go back to Autosport Honda to buy my personal car (the odyssey is the family car). If anyone is in the marker for a new or used Honda I would encourage them to try these guys and they will not be disappointed. More

The service department incorrectly diagnosed a "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic knew what he were doing. When I got the car home, I realized the PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. I brought the car back and found out all the car needed was some lubrication and a minor adustment. The Service Manager refused to admit they made a mistake and would not refund any of the money charged to replace two perfectly good axels. Worst of all is that the Service Manager seems to take pride in ripping off customers. More

Service department did not replace oil cap after oil change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oi change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oil level was sufficient before I drive, then bring it in and they will steam clean engine. I brought it back, explained what happened, waited, was told the car was ready and drove off. Smelled the burning oil again. Turns out the engine was never cleaned. I drove straight back and confronted the service manager, who checked with the mechanic who said "I checked the cap and it was on". The service manager himself then steam cleaned the engine. More
