The Service Manager refused to admit they made a mistake and would not refund any of the money charged to replace two perfectly good axels. Worst of all is that the Service Manager seems to take pride in ripping off customers. More
Service department did not replace oil cap after oil change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oi change. Oil got all over engine compartment, burned and smelled. Took several attempts just to get someone on phone. They said to make sure the oil level was sufficient before I drive, then bring it in and they will steam clean engine. I drove straight back and confronted the service manager, who checked with the mechanic who said "I checked the cap and it was on". The service manager himself then steam cleaned the engine. More
