I had issues with my trade in, I was not getting a good value, since had a accident in the Carfax report. Jane (Chris’s Manager) and Chris worked together to see what best can work out for me to be in my APR range. They tried for the best rate that I could get through Honda finance and got me a great deal. The color I wanted was not in stock, it was on transit. I had the great fortune of working with a salesman by the name of Chris Gallo. His style was everything I was not used to in a car dealership. I went into the showroom ready to be annoyed by a pressure-filled experience. I had been browsing for about a week at other dealers (not Honda) and was disrespected by the salesmen as they wasted my time and were playing games with the price of the car. Not Chris-he couldn't have been any nicer. He listened to me and worked with me according to my timeline. I was so pleased, that even though I didn't need a car, I drove one home off the lot! Not only did I completely enjoy the experience, I absolutely love my car! The Finance director, Ken, was also personable and pleasant and made the experience stress-free. We did most of our research online and narrowed it down to the dealerships that offered the best price and were the most professional in their responses to our inquiries. A good friend of mine had also purchased an Odyssey from Autosport and had great things to say about them and she was right. They just had a different feel than the other dealers as they seemed to be the only one that actually tried to find out what my needs were. Basically, they seemed to listen where other dealers were too busy trying to sell us. Harold Marin was our salesperson and when we came in for our appointment he immediately introduced me to Jane the sales manager. They both made us feel very comfortable which I liked because I felt a little stressed out walking into a car dealership based on some previous experiences. Jane informed us that she would be there every step of the way and then Harold went on to show us everything about the Odyssey and took us on our test drive. And again, he LISTENED to our questions, and he never gave us a pushy vibe. My husband was really happy about that as pushiness is by far his number 1 pet peeve. We ended up buying the car that day despite already having basically the same priced deal on the table from another Honda dealer as we felt Autosport had done the most to earn our business. When it came time to pick up our car, they made sure we knew every single thing that mini van could do, and they even paired my cell phone's bluetooth to the Odyssey for me before we drove it home. We absolutely love our new Odyssey and we want to thank Autosport Honda for making the entire experience so professional and so pleasant. PS: Our kids also LOOOVE it and never want to get out of it! I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Fit. Terry made the experience fast and painless. He told me he would need a deposit so that he could get the color I wanted and install my options (armrest, alarm and keyless entry). When I went in to Autosport to put down the deposit, I was greeted with a smile at the entrance. The entire time I worked with Terry, he was patient and easy to talk to. It was clear he valued my time and respected my intelligence. There was never a SINGLE hidden fee the entire time, and every cost was presented up front. Terry came through with the car I wanted by the time he said it would take. It was ready for pickup 6 days after I put down the deposit. When it came time to pay, I brought in a certified check for the amount, and there were no surprises. The woman in the finance department made it easy as well. She did not pressure me into buying any unnecessary extras, and told me I could think about an extended warranty, and call back later to get it (I most likely will). Terry's honest and up-front approach was a refreshing change from other dealers. But customer service alone wasn't what made me go with Autosport. They gave me an excellent price. This was a deciding factor, and in the end, I'm confident I made the right choice. More
I purchased three Hondas from Autosport two new and one used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well the car developed a oil leak I went back and they changed the filter it still leaked I tried again still leaked....I then called Victor the service manager at Autosport he told me to bring the car right in....it seems that cars oil filter has a washer that needs to be installed or it will leak....I will never have my Honda's serviced anywhere else.... I was shopping for a new car. I visited different dealers to compare brands and value. I decided to purchase a 2010 Honda Accord from Autosport Honda; actually Chris (salesperson). I was impressed with Chris' knowledge of the product, no heavy pressure sales pitch and quick responsiveness to follow up questions. I compared prices with Edmunds TMV, other auto programs, and other Honda dealers, but was most impressed with Chris. He quoted the best price with no haggling or hidden fees. I know I received a good deal and was comfortable with dealing with Chris. Ken was also very helpful explaining the warranty and other financial information. He was very accommodating of my schedule. A friendly guy...not overbearing. I would definitely recommend Chris and Ken as well as consider going back to Autosport for future vehicles. More

Chris/Eric patiently explained to me the various components of the on the road price and Ken presented the extended warranty scheme without in any way putting pressure on me to go for it (ultimately I did not buy it). I do not know whether I got the best price for the vehicle but Autosport offered me the lowest quote as compared to the quotes from other dealers. Autosport has a professional yet pleasant approach to customer interactions and it made my car buying experience enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this dealer to potential new/user car buyers.
