Jane, the sales manager, first sat me down and asked what I was looking for in terms of options, model, etc. and walked me through all of the various payment options and different trim packages. When we decided on a model and lease terms, she let me know that she'd have to swap with another dealership to get what I wanted in the color I desired. This seemed to be no problem. Throughout the process, she treated me as a friend rather than a customer and, for the first time in my car buying life, made me feel confident that I was getting a great and fair deal without having to sign my life away. Steven and Harold also walked me through the car like real pros when I picked it up, and offered to make themselves available should anything ever happen. The entire Autosport team was very accomodative and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start a good, long-term and honest relationship with a first-class sales team. CJ couldn't be there when we needed to pick up our car but arranged for someone else to help us. Harold was wonderful as well. Again, so patient and thorough. He expedited the process for me with a minimal of time at the dealership when I picked up my new lease vehicle. Jane also was excellent when I called the dealership and had questions. She was efficient and provided the feedback that I needed to address my questions. I will take my new CRV to this dealership to be serviced since I had such a pleasant experience in selecting a new vehicle to lease. The price was superb and there was no hidden agendas, fees, or issues - a very straight forward process.
