Dropped off my Honda Odyssey for servicing. Victor @ service desk was very professional, friendly, and didn't laugh at me as I described the sounds my car was making!! Jane, the sales manager, first sat me down and asked what I was looking for in terms of options, model, etc. and walked me through all of the various payment options and different trim packages. When we decided on a model and lease terms, she let me know that she'd have to swap with another dealership to get what I wanted in the color I desired. This seemed to be no problem. Throughout the process, she treated me as a friend rather than a customer and, for the first time in my car buying life, made me feel confident that I was getting a great and fair deal without having to sign my life away. Steven and Harold also walked me through the car like real pros when I picked it up, and offered to make themselves available should anything ever happen. We looked at 3 other Honda dealerships and left angry with the last minute shadiness of quote changes, or APR changes. CJ stuck to his word from the beginning. CJ couldn't be there when we needed to pick up our car but arranged for someone else to help us. Harold was wonderful as well. Again, so patient and thorough.
